The challenge was to create an affordable, functional home for a family of 5 on a cramped lot in Steveston. I collaborated with architect, Rod Lynde, to create a bright, efficient space that maximizes every square inch. Balancing the needs of the family with the differing design styles of husband and wife is always a creative challenge but the family is thrilled with the results. Completed in January 2014.
